The coffee
How many sachets are in a box?
Each box contains six sachets of 15 g each, for 90 g net coffee. Four boxes contain 24 sachets; ten boxes contain 60.
Which box quantities can I choose?
Choose 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 boxes. Compare the USD bundle prices and add your selected bundle to the cart.
Where can I find ingredients and directions?
Use the current product label for the complete ingredients, allergens, preparation directions, storage and precautions. Ask our team for current label information before ordering if anything is unclear.
Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose a bundle on our Shop page and select Add to cart. At checkout, enter your billing and delivery details, choose Bank transfer (USD), and place your order. Your order number and transfer instructions appear after checkout and are sent to your billing email. The order remains On hold until payment clears.
Are the prices in USD?
Yes. Listed bundle prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Delivery outside the US, applicable import charges and bank or conversion fees are separate unless expressly included in your confirmed quotation.
Who receives my payment?
The beneficiary is CAHAYA DESY ENTERPRISE, the company handling all website sales, payments and support. Follow the exact account and transfer-route instructions provided with your confirmed order. Read the payment information.
When is payment confirmed?
We confirm payment after cleared funds arrive and match your order. Include your order number as the reference. A transfer receipt may help trace a payment but does not confirm that the funds have arrived.

Where do you ship?
Our supported destinations are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Italy and United Arab Emirates. The service and shipping rate depend on the destination and total packed order weight. See all shipping rates.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is 1–2 business days after cleared payment. Estimated transit after dispatch is 14–21 business days for economy and 3–7 for express. Carrier and customs delays can extend these estimates.
How do I track my order?
We supply tracking after dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for the first update. Use the Track order page with your order details or contact our team.
What if I need help or a return?
Contact us with your order number. Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Report damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries within 7 days and request return instructions before posting anything.
