By accessing or purchasing from the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns, each of which is incorporated by reference.

1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction and be at least the age of majority (18 in most countries).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding any password or login to the Site.
  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders where permitted by law (e.g., suspected fraud, misuse, or regulatory restrictions).

2) Products, Information & Availability

  • We sell packaged beverages and related goods. Product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutrition facts and usage notes are provided for general information and may vary by batch or market labeling. Always read the label before use.
  • We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory accurate, but availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
  • Minor differences in color/packaging caused by lighting, displays or supplier updates are not defects.

3) Health & Safety Notice (No Medical Advice)

  • Our products are food and beverage items; they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Content on the Site is for informational/marketing purposes only and does not substitute professional medical advice. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have any medical condition (particularly cardiovascular or blood-pressure disorders), or take prescription medicines, consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Use only as directed on the label.

4) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are shown on product pages and checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • We may change prices or correct pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you; you may accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Currency selection (if available) is for convenience; charges may be processed in another currency by your bank or payment provider, which may apply conversion fees.

5) Orders, Acceptance & Payment

  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email or ship the goods.
  • We use third-party processors (e.g., card gateways, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. Payment is due at checkout.
  • We may cancel all or part of an order (with a refund) where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, inventory issues, or incorrect pricing.

6) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

  • Dispatch is usually within 1–2 business days after payment and verification.
  • Available methods and transit estimates are set out on the Site and in our Shipping Policy. Typical options include:
    • Economy (Quantium Solutions / Singapore Post): ~14–21 business days (plus handling and customs).
    • Expedited (DHL Express / FedEx): ~3–7 business days (plus handling and customs).
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (Incoterms® DAP unless stated otherwise). Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, peak seasons, weather, or carrier network conditions.
  • We may ship orders in multiple parcels at no extra charge. Tracking details will be provided where available.

7) Customs, Import Duties & Restrictions

  • International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees charged by your country. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, these charges are payable by you (DAP terms).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the products are permitted in your country and for providing any information required by customs. We are not liable for delays, seizures, or additional documentation required by authorities.
  • If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay duties or failure to clear customs, refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns policy, less shipping/handling and any unrecoverable costs.

8) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before dispatch, you may request order changes or cancellation by contacting support; we will try to assist where possible.
  • After dispatch, changes may not be possible. Please refer to Refunds & Returns for the conditions, time limits, and procedure to return eligible items or report issues.
  • Refunds are generally made to the original payment method once returned goods are received and inspected, subject to any exclusions listed in our returns policy.

9) Promotions, Coupons & Gifts

  • Promotions, coupon codes, bundles or free-gift offers are subject to their displayed terms, availability and validity periods.
  • Unless stated otherwise: one code per order, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may exclude certain items, shipping, or taxes. We may cancel a promotion or adjust an order if misuse or error is detected.

10) User Content: Reviews & Submissions

  • If you submit reviews, photos, or messages, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, display and distribute that content for marketing and customer-support purposes.
  • You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing; you will not post false claims, spam, or offensive material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

11) Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photographs, icons, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.
  • You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, scraping, or reverse engineering is prohibited without written consent.

12) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
(a) violate laws or regulations (including export controls or sanctions),
(b) use the Site to harm, defraud, or harass others,
(c) interfere with site security or integrity,
(d) resell or export products in violation of labeling or local regulations, or

13) Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under mandatory law.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, employees, partners, and suppliers) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Site or products—even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

15) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping carriers, WhatsApp/Telegram). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy notices.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or carrier network disruptions.

18) International Use

We ship globally; however, not all products or promotions are available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding access and purchase. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

19) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Courts of Selangor, Malaysia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/UK/Switzerland, you may bring a claim in your local courts under mandatory consumer law.
  • Before filing a claim, both parties will use good-faith efforts to resolve the matter through our customer support.

20) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
