Economy vs Expedited — what’s the difference?
Economy: postal clearance via Quantium Solutions/SingPost; typical delivery 14–21 business days.
Expedited: DHL/FedEx with commercial clearance; typical delivery 3–7 business days, but customs may request extra documents. Currently available mainly for US/UK/AU/CA.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries, except those restricted by carriers, sanctions, or local rules for instant coffee. To qualify as personal use, some countries limit purchases to up to 3 boxes per shipment.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
We ship on DAP terms (receiver pays local duties/taxes/brokerage where applicable). See our Shipping Policy.
Can I upgrade to Expedited?
Most economy-default products can be upgraded at checkout if Expedited is available for your address/quantity.
What’s your return policy?
